Welcome to DrawnTo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DrawnTo website and services (“DrawnTo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using DrawnTo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use DrawnTo.
- Each user may have only one account and one profile.
- You’re expected to use your real name, but we do not verify identities.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. How DrawnTo Works
DrawnTo allows you to:
- Create a public-facing profile with your name and a short message to your dream company
- Share that profile via a unique link (e.g., drawnto.link/abc123)
- Track view counts (we only record date/time and do not show who viewed your profile)
You may update your profile, but only your current profile is public. Older versions are not accessible.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (your name and message). We do not claim any rights to reuse, distribute, or market your content outside of the DrawnTo platform.
You are solely responsible for your submitted content. By using DrawnTo, you confirm that your content:
- Does not impersonate someone else
- Does not contain hate speech, harassment, or spam
- Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated methods to access the service
- Interfere with or disrupt DrawnTo or its users
- Attempt to bypass limits (e.g., by creating multiple accounts)
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms. To request deletion, email info@drawnto.link.
6. No Guarantees and Public Profile Disclosure
DrawnTo is a tool to express your interest in working for a specific company. We do not guarantee any employment outcomes, and using DrawnTo may not improve your chances of getting hired. In some cases, a public profile may even negatively affect your application, depending on how it's received. Your DrawnTo profile is hosted at a public URL (e.g., drawnto.link/p/abc123). While the link is randomized and not listed or indexed by search engines, anyone who has or guesses the link can view your profile — including recruiters, current employers, or others you may not intend to see it. You should only use DrawnTo if you are comfortable with the possibility that someone other than your intended audience may access your profile.
Use DrawnTo at your own risk and judgment.
7. Service Changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimers
DrawnTo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for:
- Technical issues or outages
- Lost data
- How third parties (e.g., employers) respond to your profile
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve any disputes in courts located in New York.
